ages 5-12 who are living in foster care, residential facilities and the inner-city. Camp provides an ideal setting for facilitating the social, mental, physical and spiritual growth of a child. This provides a lasting experience for children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend summer camp. As members of Children of The Son Ranch we strive to build a summer camp program where children are safe and secure. We are staffed by people who are a loving example of God’s unconditional love through good character, integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm, a sense of humor, patience, compassion, and self control. This we refer to as Christ centered therapy.
The mission of Children of The Son Ranch is to help each individual girl gain skills that contribute to personal development. Skills necessary in life that include: A strong self-concept; a sense of self-responsibility; an understanding of their relationships to their fellowman; a sense of worth as an individual through belonging to a group; an ability to cooperate and be considerate of others; a sense of social understanding and responsibility; and an understanding and appreciation for people of other religions, cultures and races.

Our goals for Children of The Son Ranch are to have strong effective leaders. To provide experiences that promote discovery of one's own dignity and worth; to encourage respect for all religions, cultures and races; to stimulate love and care for the natural world; to develop commitments to enduring values; to teach children to be creative school and community leaders; and to empowering girls to live at their highest level and enrich their home communities.
Children of The Son Ranch is a non-denominational Christ centered organization. We strive to be an example of God's love through our actions, how we love one another and the children that are entrusted to our care. We do not teach a doctrine. We do not discriminate.
